RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All our products are uniquely handcrafted with love and care, so each outfit is designed exclusively for your little one's special celebrations.

  • No Return/Exchange/Refund on Dissatisfaction – We do not provide refunds/returns due to change of mind, dissatisfaction, or delivery delays.
  • No Return/Exchange/Refund on Size Issue - Please check the size chart before placing an order. Outfits are made on Order basis. So, there wont be Return or Exchange on Size Issue.
  • Unboxing Proof – We quality-check every outfit before it is packaged and Customizations are double-checked by a dedicated team so the outfits cannot be returned or exchanged. A continuous, uncut unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange regarding damage. Must start with a sealed package visible.
  • Exchange Eligibility – Wrong product, damaged in transit, defective, or package tampered/open. A continuous, uncut unboxing video is mandatory for any claim. Must start with a sealed package visible.
  • Replacements – For incorrect or defective products, only a replacement is given (not a refund).
  • Cancellation - Once order placed there is no cancellation and no change of design.

In a rare case if you receive a faulty/defective or have any issues with the product, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please mention your issue in the email to littlelovekidscouture@gmail.com along with the order number, clear images, and an opening video of the outfit.

Product images are professionally clicked and sometimes the color of the actual product may slightly vary from the image.

In case a product is missing from your shipment please email us within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment for us to investigate further.
